Eden Escape 1 BR: 2201 Walk to FLT Beach

Positive: The location Negative: Everything else. Chexk in was 4:00 but we couldn't check in until 6:00 because when I walked in the cleaning person was still there and the place was trashed. The parking that was $20 a. Right oer car was atrocious! The spaces were so small that all guests had to get out of the car before parking and there were 7 guests outside arguing over spots claiming the paid for spots and were promised spots that were not available. Not to mention tha man banging on the door at 2:00 am mad about not having a parking spot. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. I was charged twice for the $350 deposit and still have not received a refund for either charge. The photos in the booking are not the room we received. There is no staff to speak to if there is a problem and when I dod get someone on the phone I was told "we are working on the issue " and disconnected. The only saving grace was an on-site handyman that we were lucky enough to run into that was able to help us get an employee out of the parking spot we paid for. I love booking.com but I AM SHOCKED THIS is a company or property they work with. I trusted it because it was booking.com but that was a mistake!
