Eden Collection Studio Steps to Beach!

Overall not bad, location is perfect and close to the beach and everything else. Property was clean for the most part. I will say the room is a little smaller than expected. What would be nice is if they left a broom inside the room so that we could sweep up sand after going to the beach.

Unsafe. Unclean. Positive: Location. Negative: Walked in, went to do a quick walk around check and video of property as they ask for a $350 deposit and say any damage is a $500 charge. Fridge had a layer of thick gooey orange substance on the bottom. Bathroom window was left completely open with a used crack pipe sitting in the window. Neighbors were screaming (a man threatening a woman & a lot of “F you Ni**er”) and slamming doors for over an hour, tried to raise concerns to the call number and they did nothing. Decided for our safety to leave and find other accommodations. I have videos and pictures as proof. I was advised that since the screaming and slamming was outside of quiet hours it was fine. I have not been offered a refund. We decided that it was a hazard to our health to try and stay here. Who knows what went on in the room and what we came into contact with and what the people next door would have been up to later in the evening. We were in town for the parade, our second year in a row (Go Cats) and large crowds and festivities are expected but this was not the environment to safely enjoy that in. I would like to note once again, I have received nothing from the staff or ownership to take care of this. I gave them an opportunity to do the right thing and waited until today to leave this.
