Tropical Oasis: 2BR w/Pool

Unacceptable. We were encouraged to stay but left the next morning. Positive: Nothing. Negative: It wasn’t represented truthfully, in that it stated “ you have the whole place to yourself “, and that wasn’t true. There were several other properties on the grounds. Pool was filthy, pool seating was damaged, pool cushions were disgustingly dirty and unit floor was gross. Walked across in white socks and socks turned black from dirt. Beds were made with just a sheet to cover up with and presence of bed bugs. Only one stool for dining.

Horrible experience the customer service was absolutely ridiculous the room had bedbugs and roaches and was dirty inside Positive: This property was HORRIBLE Negative: Bed bugs, roaches false advertising you DONT get a private pool property was filthy inside and out

Positive: Location; the property overall was very nice! Loved the pool area! Negative: Difficulties opening and locking the doors. No full length mirrors.

Positive: The host was always available for questions and anything we needed they were really fast. Negative: Needed more chairs around the kitchen island, and extra chair in the living room. Was told 2 queen beds only got 1 and a twin in the other room. And needed a mirror in each room. Other than that the property was great.
