Tropical Oasis: Studio w/ Pool

Positive: Location Negative: The hotel was very hard to find. I drove around several times trying to locate it and ended up having to send a message through Booking.com to get proper directions since the phone number provided did not work. The property itself has great potential, but unfortunately, it’s not well maintained. The surrounding area could be beautiful, but there were dead leaves all over the ground, and the palm trees looked like they hadn’t been cared for in years. It gave the place a very neglected appearance. There were several cats on the premises, and they looked hungry and thirsty. It was sad to see one of them drinking from the pool. The parking lot is also very small. On my second night, someone parked right in the middle and took up three spaces, which made things even more frustrating. The room was okay overall, but the floor was dirty—as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned or prepared before our arrival. This stay could have been much better if guests were personally greeted, given a proper welcome, and if the property received the care it clearly needs. For the price paid, I expected better service, cleanliness, and overall quality.

Positive: I enjoyed everything about this little Oasis. You have your own separate sweet. And there is a pool. The area is fenced in. Negative: When we first arrived it was difficult to get inside of the apartment because we were given the wrong code. But they quickly got us in. So there was no panicking!

Beau sur les photos...mais attention !!! Positive: Confort de la chambre Negative: La piscine était brûlante, jamais vu une piscine si chaude exactement comme prendre un bain chaud !!! Filtreur de piscine bloqué (depuis un certain temps) excréments de chats sur la propriété dans les allées menants aux appartements, lieux qui manquait d'entretien.

Positive: Location was good. Close to airport and very convenient for out quick trip in our and of Fort Laudy. Property was nice and big and comfortable bed. The unit took use a little white to because we checked in after dark. But besides that, overall good experience. The hospitality company was helpful with answering the phone and text messages in a timely manner during day and at night. But I called around 1 am to ask where the Unit was, i did not get an answer so i just looked through all the other units myself. Other than that, we liked out stay. I would give it a 9/10 Negative: The property is built in the nature and the listing did say that there are bugs around, so if bugs are like a big no no for you, just keep that in mind. We found a couple and then one came in as we were walking in, but again, that was listed in the listing. Other than that, property is calm.
