Positive: Let me start by saying this entire experience was completely unacceptable and a scam. I never received an email or confirmation about my $350 holding deposit, and I’m still waiting. The house was nothing like the listing. It was dirty, had roaches, the towel rack was broken, and the furniture was barely there — yet you had the nerve to ask for $350 in case of damages? Damages to what? There was nothing in the house to begin with. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was wrong, and I had to keep calling just to get the correct information. The door didn’t even work right — I was locked out trying to get in. This was false advertising at its finest, and I’ll make sure to report this wherever I can. Booking.com has already told me they’ve been trying to contact you to issue me a full refund, and you haven’t even had the decency to answer or call back. That says everything I need to know about how you run your business. And just so we’re clear — I’m not waiting around. My dad is a police officer and I’ve already spoken with him. I’ll be filing a claim and doing whatever it takes to make sure this gets reported and handled properly. I expect my $350 returned immediately, and I expect a full refund for this nightmare. If I don’t get a response soon, this is going way beyond just a complaint.

We would definitely stay again. Positive: It was very close to the beach. Within walking distance. At night time it was quiet. Negative: It needs a TV in the bedroom.
