Rustic Retreats: Beachy 1BR in the heart of FTL for 2 guests

What a let down… felt unsafe & uncomfortable Negative: - room reeked of weed and smoke (& there is a strict no smoking policy) - was not fully clean (red glitter hearts on floor for example) - bed & bedding was very uncomfortable - shower door… who had that idea..? Not functional or even smart as the property owner… someone careless definitely break that. - towels were rough - people yelling and fighting outside wee hours of the morning (during “quiet hours” as listed in the details) Oh & woke up to our vehicle showered in condoms… Unopened thankfully. - had to pay a $100 pet fee day of that was not even listed in the property details, nor was the option to add a pet (meanwhile it says they welcome pets) - outlets NOT to code, many were exposed, and or about to fall off, this is a hazard.. the property owner could genuinely be sued for this, and many other items

I stayed here for 4 nights for a birthday trip and i loved it. Exactly as pictured, clean and cozy. Neighborhood is quiet and the location is very easy to find and central. I would recommemd staying here.
