Positive: The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. Negative: The message from the accommodation company stating room number and new key code did not come through on my phone until 2.30am the night we arrived. We had a late arrival, which I had advised by message and a phone call from San Francisco. There was no reply to my phone calls from the premises at 12.30am. We therefore had to seek a hotel with a 24 hour reception desk to stay the first night. It was very expensive and we were exhausted having flown from Australia.

“Let us know whatever you need” Yeah right. Far away from the beach. Relatively clean Wrong code provided at check in but that was fixed One light worked in the kitchen and one in the bathroom All other fixtures were broken. WiFi did NOT work All problems told to property manager when she called me. Said it would be all set and nothing was repaired. Waste of money for poor performance and obviously false advertising. Don’t go here!!
