Waves: Beach Town Studio Apartment

Would consider staying again but hope improvements are made. Positive: Location is about a block from the beach. Easy parking was a plus. Host checked in before arrival to ensure our questions were answered. Loved the accent wall behind the bed. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: There were a few issues considering the cost of this unit. The front door has a about a 1 inch gap under the door that would not prevent pests from entering. There was a severe lack of hot water. The hot water in the sinks and shower was very limited in flow, pressure, and temperature. There were noticeable areas on doors and shower that were dirty when we arrived. Given that the cleaning fee is over $100 for this tiny unit, it should have been exceptionally clean. I have a house cleaner that does my whole house for a little more than that. The remote for the A/C did not work. The TV responded EXTREMELY slowly to the remote - literally a 1-2 second delay just to change the channel.
