Positive: We liked having the small kitchen and the location. It was a nice place and the on-site staff were so nice. Overall it worked great for what we were looking for. Negative: That we had some charges on our credit card without being told they would happen, and when I contacted management over email they didn't even respond or let us know they would take care of it. It was all done very sneaky and made me uncomfortable.
