Waves: Beach Town Studio Apartment

Horrific and treacherous Positive: I was not given the room I requested. Reached out to the property several times and no one ever returned my calls or corrected the issues. I had to book a different place to stay. I would never recommend this place or booking.com to anyone ever again. Worst experience ever!!!!!! Negative: There was nothing to like there was only one bed not two, there was no kitchen the entire bathroom would become wet from the shower . There were insects crawling on the bed and ants all over the counter. The staff opened the door while I was out and the staff left the door open. The floors were sticky and dirty. The sheets had public hair and wet stains so even the linens were filthy. The staff never returned calls. It was unsanitary and unsafe furthermore it didn't have a kitchen as advertised. Booking.com never contacted me back either. I had to rent a different hotel for my stay. I shall NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE BOOKING.COM OR THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN

Good location Positive: No breakfast was served And we spent hours to get the door code. Not just me …Another couple has the same issue. The pool and the barbecue was out of service. Negative: The facilities

We got very dissatisfied with our stay at Waves, Pompano beach. The first problem we encountered was that the same day we had to check in, We received a message sayo g that we had to pay $100 more because we were traveling we our small female dog. Such thing was not mentioned at all at the time of the reservation was made. This issue delayed our check in for more that 40 minutes. I called the host tow times without any answer and finally after 40 minutes, the host called me and verified that I paid the $100 and was when we could get the apartment number. The other problem was that we rented the place to enjoy at the poll but the poll was closed and nobody answered to explain why. I won’t recommend the place at all. The only good thing is the location, it is very near the sea.
